Anxiety disorders are psychiatric diseases and these come without warning. Anxiety disorders are overstated version of awakening. Anxiety disorder is characterized by exaggerated anxiety and worry about everyday life events, nervousness, apprehension or fear. People feel nervous when faced with a problem or before appear in exam or making a great decision. Anxiety disorders may expand from containing genetics, brain chemistry, personality, and life events.

GAD or Anxiety has been connected with abnormal levels of neurotransmitters in the mind. Neuro-transmitters are body messengers who help to move the information from one cell of nerve to the other cell of nerve. Stressful causes, such as misuse, the death of a loved one, divorce, changing jobs or schools, may develop the GAD. Physical signs of anxiety involve chest pain, headaches, hasty tiredness, shortness of breath, problems digesting and nausea.
